Do you require a deposit?

Yes, all table and chair rental items require a 25% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking.

Deposits are lost when orders are cancelled. Orders reduced in size will lose the 25% deposit on the reduced items only.

How long is my rental period?

Table and Chair pricing is typically a 3 day rental period, with the first day being the delivery day, the second the event date, and the third the pickup date.

Longer term rentals are available and will be charged accordingly.

Will Jitterbug setup my Table & Chair Rental?

Standard delivery is called tailgate delivery where we deliver your rented items as close as reasonably possible without incurring obstacles. (This does not mean walking items 200 yards up hill or down flights of stairs.) With Tailgate delivery you are responsible for setting up and breaking down the rental equipment and returning it to the same spot in the same condition as delivered.

Setup and Teardown by Jitterbug is available at 1$ per item for table and chair rentals.

-Linens and Tableware setup are additional charges.
-Navigating stairs and other obstacles are additional charges.

What if I break something?

Damaged or lost items will be charged at full replacement value to the customer. as determined by Jitterbug management staff.

Is there a delivery fee?

Jitterbug offers free 25 Mile Delivery from our Dahlonega Warehouse for In-stock equipment.

A Travel charge of $3 per mile over the first 25 miles will automatically be added by our reservation software for travel distances greater than 25 miles.

Example: A travel distance of 26 miles (charged one way) would be a $3 travel charge. We do not charge you a travel fee for the return trip to our warehouse or the pickup and return mileage of the items after initial delivery.

Out of Stock (Vendor Pickups) will incur an additional 75-100$ pick up charge.
