The rental price includes setup and break down; however, there will be an additional delivery charge depending on tent size. Weekend orders will be delivered by Friday and picked up on Monday. Tent rentals are delivery only and an adult 18 or over must be present atgç,f delivery at agreed upon setup time.
Please note tent rentals can require several weeks lead time as stock can rent months in advance. Availability is on a first come first served basis. Your rental is not guaranteed until your deposit has been paid and contract signed.
Anchoring: frame tents are usually secured in grass with steel stakes. Customers are responsible for locating/marking any underground lines (irrigation, water, etc.).
If we can't stake into the ground, we can anchor the tent on a hard surface, such as asphalt, driveway or patio concrete, with tent concrete weight blocks. Additional fees apply for these blocks.
